Walter Huntington Apartments

Stayed here for month and half while son was receiving kidney transplant. Clean, secure, laundry facility, and great staff. Building was kept very clean which we needed for our son’s health. Minus the one annoying party on the fourth floor until 2am and false fire alarm, we didn’t have any major issues. Maybe not the best place to live year round, but for temporary housing better than living out of a hotel.

Needs to do a better jobs cleaning front of property. Sidewalk stained and often littered. I’ve never seen them pressure wash it. Also, need to take down large unsightly “Leasing” sign.

Do not rent or stay here. Operates as an AirBNB/VRBO. During my stay local kids rented out multiple apartments and partied all night. Trashed the hallways/threw a firealarm at 3:30 in the morning. I called management and they did nothing.

Would not recommend. We’ve been dealing with a heating issue for over 1.5 months and have ended up having to go to the City because management drags their feet in providing any real solution (except running space heaters 24/7).

The apartments are fine (a little cheaply made), but management is rude and refuses to do even basic responsibilities. They stop being responsive if you have a major issue and only respond to tell you that they won’t be doing something you’ve requested.
