Arianna was such a friendly and trustworthy leasing agent during my entire move-in process. I immediately felt her positive atmosphere from the time that I toured, and she was very transparent towards all my questions. After signing my lease, she was still very quick with responding to all my emails of questions. She even followed up with me on her own to check up to see how my moving was going. I’ve appreciated all her help and kindness, and I’m looking forward to the rest of my experience at 3200 Washington!

At first when JMC came, I was ensure because there were so many things that needed to be handled. The leasing team, Aidan and Victoria have done such a good job since they started at the property. The Christmas tree in the lobby during the holiday party was beautiful. Since I met Victoria and Aidan started they have made a true difference in my stay at 3200 Washington. I'm very impressed by the support I've received in the past few weeks and I appreciate the leasing team greatly.

New management started off rocky, but has smoothed out and Victoria and Aiden have been good at solving problems and communicating. Our new maintenance man Hakim makes sure everyone has what they need and thoroughly completes all maintenance issues that arise. Overall , the apartments are super spacious, close to the T and Centre street and there are friendly neighbors in the building. It also has a great dog community. The neighborhood is pretty safe and close to the dog park , greenway, and Franklin Park. Also a brewery downstairs that hosts lots of fun events. Only downsides are the dryers need replacing as they are inefficient and heating bills can be high, but are also high in the whole city.

Arianna M. was very helpful during my time looking for a studio apartment. She was incredibly communicative when answering all my questions over the phone and via email. She also showed me around 3200 Washington when I went for a tour. I really appreciated the in-unit and community amenities, as well as how much sq. ft. you are paying for!

Arianna is a star! From the tour to the move in, she is warm, prompt, and communicative. Working with her during the application process is truly a five star experience. I am glad to see her excel in what she does and she definitely makes a big difference to the apartment.
