My wife and I bought a house and sold a condo simultaneously, and with the challenging timeline, everything had to be just right. We decided to use Carol and Andrew Brilliant of Sotheby’s, who really won us over with their knowledge and enthusiasm. Roger is great to work with; he listened patiently, offered advice when we needed it, addressed all of our (many) questions and concerns, and made sure to be with us when we asked for his presence at open houses, home inspections, etc. He was always honest with us about his professional opinion and helped us not just jump into the first option we saw. He helped us identify what was most important to us, and how we could achieve that within our budget and preferred area.
