Very nice and quiet. But heard good things about it. I know someone who does live their.
I am single and very happy here. I feel a couple could live here as well. Good floor plan and storage.
No water for more then 10 days. People here do not get any compensation for not getting hot water. Taking advantage of old and poor people I think is not nice.
