Cindy is very unprofessional, period. I have bought multiples houses and used Homesite to do the loans. When I needed them to my special accommodations for a military member and a veteran she would not do it, very unpatriotic. She also lied to my wife, my realtor, the loan officer, and the underwriter about getting things done. If she can’t cooperate with people who are in the military and the ones who served, she’s not going to get it done in a timely manner, it’s not about customer service, it’s clearly a profit. I would pass doing business with her.
