I sold my home in Xenia and they encouraged me to sell at a lower rate. They then encouraged me to sell to their broker for even less. 2 months later the broker listed the house we just sold them for $20,000 more than what they told us we could list for. I consider this shady business at best and I can not with a clear conscience recommend this firm to anyone!

I can't speak to their ability to secure me an apartment, as I haven't needed it recently, but I CAN speak to their excellent customer service. Since management heard about my poor experience, they took the time to contact me directly by phone and make sure they apologized in real-time for the inconvenience. They subsequently sent me an email with further apologies and a gift card. First time I've had this level of customer service and total reversal of my prior opinion.
