Walt Garner is a great real estate agency to rent from. Whenever I have a problem with my duplex, they come to fix it. They have agreeable prices for their rentals, and stay up to date with their renovations. My landlord is a great person who is really easy to get ahold of and hires quality, kind maintenance men to get work done. Thoroughly impressed!

Terrible company. Denied use of sheds after being told we could use them. Shoddy repairs on the sink and I had to go re-repair after their "maintenance guy" since he was obviously not qualified to make the repairs that he was tasked with. General passive aggressiveness from the manager

Although the website is down, they have wonderful property management and Nicole is the bestest.
