Can't recommend Kelley, Mark, and their team highly enough. They helped us purchase a home from halfway across the country. The video walkthroughs and candid critiques of some of the available inventory did a lot to make up for us not being able to travel to visit many of the properties we were somewhat interested in ourselves. We particularly appreciated how responsive Kelly was. She made us feel like we were their only client during the thick of it, very patiently answered questions, and provided timely advice all along the way. Thanks again!

I am not a review type of guy, mainly because my mama always said that if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. This is a case where I feel the need to share. After 18 years in our home, my wife and I decided to sell. We contacted Mark and Kelly Townsend and asked them to share their thoughts on the homes value etc. They promptly came to the house and gave their pro opinion. Mark and Kelley always had spot on answers to our sometimes difficult questions that were shared with flawless ease. We worked with Kelly purchasing our first home in 2007. Then we worked with both Mark and Kelly in 2015 with the purchase of our second home. They went above and beyond as the second purchase was a foreclosed home with lots of interesting bumps in the process. They walked through it every step of the way giving of their time and energies.
