We worked with Veronica to sell our river house this summer. She did a great job marketing and selling our house. Her comps were helpful in setting the price, she recommended good contractors to make the needed improvements prior to listing it, and she followed thru negotiating with the buyers. She responds quickly and listens really well. It was about as easy as selling a house can be.

Tracy and Brian were hands down the best realtors we could have been blessed to have. We were referred from a previous agent and we were never disappointed. With every twist and turn in this house buying process she worked hard to make sure she we could sign our deal. She was a great comfort and very knowledgeable about everything we had asked her. Always taking our questions and making sure we had the best answers to make the choices we need to. I wish I could give a 12/10 but 5/5 will have to work for now! Thank you lady for everything!!!!!
