I have lived in one of Nate’s properties for almost 3 years now with him as my landlord and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. He has prioritized any issue that I have brought to him and handled it quickly. He has made sure my daughter and I have lived in a safe housing environment and anything that has needed to be fixed has been fixed immediately. He has beautiful properties and is all together a very understanding and great landlord. Thank you Walrod Realty for everything!

I had a great experience with Nate and the team! I saw a house I was interested in renting and unfortunately I was too late. The original tenant fell through and they contacted me asking if I was still interested. This was my first time navigating renting and living on my own. Nate and the team were great at communicating and helped me through each step I needed to take. When I walked into my home for the first time, there was a welcome gift. This added touch meant so much to me! I strongly recommend Nate and his team!

Apparently, if you don’t currently live in the county, they will not rent to you. Communication is very poor. The man that I spoke to was very rude. The woman that I spoke to was also extremely rude.

He cut the sewer line so he could condemn the house and kick my daughter and her two year old out with no where to go

They were exquisite for the years that I worked with them to manage all aspects of the rental of my downtown Jamestown loft. And when I made the decision to sell the unit, they made the entire process of transitioning from rental, through putting the loft on the market, to closing out the deal completely smooth and painless.
