We went to look at a home. Was meet by a very new realtor. Which was ok I understand we all have been new to a job but the problems began when trying to place an offer. Mistakes made and no corrections were provided. They kept saying this house has multiple offers . Ok we will offer what we offer not going more than we feel its worth regardless of the amount of offers, but yet thats all they said over and over like this was sure to make us offer way more . This was very uncomfortable and very unprofessional.At the beginning of writing up the offer the realtors trainer or manager I'm unsure tried to just randomly place this absurd amount in for the Earnest money. Not sure why he felt it was his call and he didn’t need to ask first what we wanted to offer? That amount did get changed. Th

I called this morning and asked about a property that I put an offer on that was accepted by the seller, and that I put a deposit on. She said the property was still an active listing and if I wanted to see it. I told her that I assumed it was already pending that even my lawyer accepted the contract but it was still marked as an active listing. She began getting loud with me on the phone telling me that I was miss representing myself. I told her I’m just trying to find out if it’s pending or not. She kept cutting me off and yelling over me. I don’t feel she was professional in a part of our phone call. Finally after not being able to speak I just hung up. Need to improve on customer service skills.

Made time for me the same day to see a property. He is very nice and I would gladly continue to conduct business with him or his associates in the future.

He was never late to any of our appointments, stayed late to go over details. Understood my needs, being an out of town buyer. And most importantly he never ever, disappeared when times got difficult. We negotiated a price that both my self and the seller were happy about. He knew I had no clue of any contractors in the area, and comprised a list of people that are trustworthy and do a good job to fix some of the problems we had.
