I live with my mother. Got a grant through CODE Nov 27 2023. DO NOT GET A GRANT FROM CODE FOR NEW ROOF. They use Dean's Construction. Workers damaged house and CODE claimed it was damaged before new roof. Have proof from insurance that is not the case. Damage from workers, I am an eyewitness and so is my mother. Roof did not look right after it was done. Work permit never displayed at property according to law. Roof never inspected after it was finished. No one showed up to inspect, my mother and I were home and never saw anyone for weeks after. Inspected 5/8/2025 by licensed contractor and it was not done to code, shingles not tacked down properly and not sealed properly, new shingles slapped over gutter clips with the shingles sticking up.
