Walnut Village

We moved in around May and will be leaving sometime around November. This place is honestly great. We got the updated model which is nice looking and all but it is still extremely cheaply made. Just the move in created small holes in the walls and floor because both are very soft material :( So we pay 200 extra a month for literally the same material just less ghetto looking. The place itself really is decent its just the price they're asking for turns us away. Its still in a very shady neighborhood, still has tweaks and homeless always strolling through and honestly still has roaches. We were told they were just "outdoor roaches" and that they're everywhere this time of year and its nothing to worry about. And then we found one inside our unit. Just moved in at the beginning of February and I absolutely love my apartment! The property manager Catherine is also super nice and helpful!

As of 2025, my partner and I have lived here for almost 2 years and we are very happy with this place! While the apartments themselves aren’t modernized and springtime brings uninvited bug guests, the management has been incredible. They are always responsive to our needs, and Melissa has been especially helpful and supportive. She’s been so attentive to what happens in and around the apartment complex, and is probably the most friendly person I’ve ever met! We’re very happy to stay here as long as we can or until life takes us elsewhere; either way this place serves us very well.

I love being a tenant here. The current manager Melissa is AMAZING! Super helpful and made my move in process smooth. I recently had an issue with my dryer and Jordan and Melissa ordered me a new one and within 2 days it was getting installed.

Just moved into my apartment last week and I love it here. Super clean and quiet community. Kimberly in the office, goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. My ac.wasnt blowing very cold and she fixed it right away in literally a day. It's also the cutest apartment, I am really happy here!! Highly recommend this apartment!
