The experience was great! The site is well maintained and the perfect size for a single-person apartment. Great deal for the amenities included: in-unit laundry, dishwasher, gas stove & water. William takes great care of the property and is responsive. He will get the job done. Highly recommend moving here if you are looking for the most bang for your buck.

You're tree went through my fence. My fence is on the ground and you will not fix it. How dare you destroy someone else's property and to think that you own all this property? You would be more respectful of somebody else's home And now my dog keeps getting out of the yard, running down the service drive. I've been patient 2 months. I've been waiting for you to fix the fence now. I have to get a lawyer

I was searching for apartments and called the provided number around midnight, expecting to reach a recording with options to receive additional information via text. Instead, a man who I assume was the property manager answered and exclaimed, 'OMG, are you a tenant calling at this hour? YOU WOKE ME UP.' I found this response very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. it would be Zero stars from me.

I leased an apartment unit at Walnut Creek Apts for 2 years prior to purchasing a home. Very clean inside and outside. Updates to unit... new kitchen & bathroom cabinets, new carpet, newly painted. William, the resident manager, will pain 2 accent walls in the livingroom and bedroom your choice of color, and all new kitchen and bathroom light and fixtures. Landscape is well manicured, and William takes very good care of the property and grounds. Quiet area and convenient to main roads and highways. These are all one-bedroom units but roomy for a single or couple. No issue with move-out or return of security deposit, minus cleaning fee.

Love it here🥰 if they offered two bedroom we would stay longer. William keeps the place beautiful,clean and safe
