From start to finish, Primary Title they took care of everything with ease, answered questions and responded to my questions within minutes. When it came time to sign all the paperwork, Zack was very thorough and detailed. I would highly recommend working with Primary Title and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Update: Title insurance does not cover failure of title company to inform you of restrictions on title! If I could turn back the clock I would have done my own title search. Bought a vacant lot only to find out when I starting building there was a deed restriction. They denied it had one when my builder called but she did find it. Now Construction has stopped. I have been in the legal system trying to build for 9 months. Stay away!

We had an Awful Experience with Primary Title Agency. Just so stressful, it should Never had happened. We Blame Zack at Primary Title Agency, in Michigan. He told us our money from the close of our home would be in our account by the end of the day Friday. It was Not, it came thru on Wednesday. Don't ell people if you really do not know the actual Truth.
