Cordoba Apartments

I recently moved into this apartment community and so far my experience has been very good. From the beginning, my interaction with the leasing team was exactly as I had heard from other reviews. They are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They even followed up with me after I moved in to check if everything was going fine. Overall, my move-in experience has been smooth and pleasant.

We’ve been living here for a year and the apartments have been well kept and quiet. A great location that is close to the freeways. The apartment is well equipped. Maintenance has always been stress free and quick. We recently had a minor issue and Drake followed up same day to inspect. The next day the problem was resolved by Drake and Fred! Overall maintenance has been top notch. Well done cordoba!

The maintenance team ALWAYS come when I need them. They are friendly and gets the job done. They fixed my closets in 1 day and never forgot about my floor and came back and fixed that in 5 mins. I’ve never had an apartment somewhere that had a good maintenance team and I told them that. They are great here.

I have been living here for 1 year and 3 months and I haven't had a peaceful day since the tenant in apt 3311 moved in. I have complained to management and so far nothing has been done. He follows me from room to room when I am here. He does not work and he's here 24/7. I work 40 hours a week and as soon as I walk in the door he starts following me from room to room, this goes on everyday.

I lucked out with a more private apartment in the back of the complex and it has made all the difference. All I see out of my window is the green from the patch of wetlands next to the complex. The apartment had been updated and everything was brand new. There were some construction-related issues early on as they were renovating the rest of the units (water stoppages, etc.) but they seem to have completed construction. The location is beyond convenient for me, two miles from my office on Northwestern Hwy. and close to 96 at Orchard Lake. No noise issues or problems with neighbors. Maintenance was very responsive, friendly, and competent. Rent increase between terms was very reasonable and I signed up for another term early. I'm very happy and hope to stay a while. And if you see a white d
