Walnut Cove POA

I bought a new house on Darkwood Street on 9/2023. I still have not got a Mail box, I have to pay $188 a year for a small mail box in Conroe. And I just found out that my house according to Montgomery is an empty lot worth $13,000. I'm unable to sell my 2 1/2 year old house. Walnut Cove is letting in builders build cheap investment homes three on a lot so you New home value is bad and unable to sell. Our road has so many holes never fix . I have a family across from me with 10 dogs the are breeding. I told the Walnut Cove office and animal control nothing is done. I would not buy in here

I own multiple properties in here, This place has changed a lot in the last 3 years! The POA board is all about bringing the community together and is making this a much nicer place!!!

I love how there's just like how does Parks lakes pool volleyball court all stuff it's very helpful for my kids so they can like get a little energetic except for the like phone

I’ve lived here for several years now so this is not a reactionary post. It’s as nuanced as I can make it. It’s been difficult, to say the least, to live here. We only had 1 Internet company and one electricity service for the longest time and neither were great (we had constant electricity outages which forced us to throw away spoiled groceries over the years). We also didn’t have a mailbox for almost 2 years after we moved in so we had to pay a premium for UPS services 15 minutes away. A major bridge collapsed here and it took years to be fixed. There’s constant stray dogs & cats roaming around the neighborhood. If you rent landlord pays pool fees. If landlord doesn't pay fees, you as a renter cannot. Therefore, you can't use the pool. The roads have giant pot holes and crumbling roads.
