This was my initial post dating back to when we started our build with Perry Homes: Much like the experience at another location, the Perry experience was equally good here. They were very well prepared, had answers to all our questions and very accommodating. It feels right to do business with this company so we moved forward. More to come. Now for the rest of the story: Things were great up until the point we signed the contract. They deteriorated from there. I'll cover the highlights anyone who is building with them should be aware of. First, once the ink is dry on your contract, you're at their mercy.
