Del Webb in Chambers Creek - 55+ Active Adult Community

Went with a friend to check this place out. Loved everything! Great people, great atmosphere. It is not connected to a larger non-55+ community which I did not even consider the benefits of until our visit. I thought the monthly/yearly fees were very reasonable for a master planned community. Definitely a community to check out if you are looking for something like this.

We have lived in this community for one year. Almost everything has met our expectations. There are a couple of issues that need to be worked/resolved. (1) Caldwell Property Management Team meeting stated commitment dates as it pertains to amenities. (2) Staff turnover as it pertains to property management and lifestyle services.

I am very impressed with Chambers Creek. It is a beautiful property and caters to the residents. The people in the community are very nice, friendly and always ready to help. There are activities offered and beautiful walking paths to keep you busy. I am enjoying the life.

We are very pleased with the service level that we have received from the Del Webb Team in Chambers Creek Community. We think highly of their Construction Manager, Chris Lee, and their Customer Care Manager, Tex Gidcumb.

We had a fabulous experience from finding our dream home to closing on our house with Pulte Loan and Title! They are one top notch company with knowledgeable, caring and incredible people who truly made our home buyer experience wonderful!!
