Blackoak Homes is a small company and we became personally acquainted with everybody. They take pride in building custom homes and it shows. Our home is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We started looking for a custom home builder in Chappell Hill, TX after buying land in 2024 and found Blackoak Homes on YouTube. After visiting their model homes in Willis, we knew they were different — the only builder truly transparent about pricing. Their homes are beautiful, and many high-end features come standard. We’re currently in the build process with BlackOak, and from the moment we stepped into the model at RGR, we knew we were home. We were greeted by Mac Davis, who provided all the information we needed and gave us space to explore—no pushy sales tactics, just genuine professionalism. Now that our home is about 75% complete, the entire process has been incredibly smooth. Greg, our project manager, has kept us consistently updated and informed about timelines and progress. As a bit of a perfectionist, I truly appreciate how BlackOak has been accommodating and attentive to detail throughout this journey. We can’t wait to get our keys and officially call RGR our home!

Design center was not an in-house experience- but all items chosen from leading specialty businesses. All guided by an interior designer throughout the process. The project manager was communicative and hands on throughout the entire process. I am truly satisfied with this builder!
