We worked with Beth Page 6 yrs ago when we bought our home in TN (moved there from FL) and hired her again to sell the same house. She knows the market, provided a reference for an organizer to help us pack (and downsized since we were moving to a smaller home out of state), and gave excellent advice on the listing. Because of her knowledge we didn't need to lower the listing price as other houses for sale in our neighborhood had to do. We were under contract in less than 10 days from listing. Any day and time they were 10x the game to getting information, looking at houses preparing contracts. Relaying information fastest best team of realtors by far no questions!
