Walkers Choice Apartments

Don’t move into the gardenside apartments. There is always trash everywhere surrounding the apartment. You do not feel safe walking around the apartment. The building does not lock (One of the tenants broke the lock). This same tenant also leaves at 5 am and returns at 10 pm in his very loud car that wakes you up. There are only two people working in the leasing office and anytime you need something you have to constantly text them/ call them to get it done (it will eventually get done).The apartment took money from MY account before a subleaser even signed a lease, which they didn’t return for a month. When I was accidentally double charged rent and told the apartment right away they did not cancel the charge and now I have to wait two months for a check to come by mail.

This is the worst apartment complex..applied for an apartment they wasted my time for 3 weeks had to keep calling them every single day for them to work on my file. Got frustrated and told them to stop the application and it’s been 1 month today and they are yet to refund my holding fee every time I call the office they ask for my phone number to call me back but never do.. please don’t waste your time here unless u have enough time to waste

Great place, has a build in grocery store say what. Plus a gym. A lot of living space and welcoming people.

If you apply here they will ask for a reservation fee and tell you it's refundable. But they will not tell you that it's only refundable within 72 hours IF you cancel the reservation. THIEVES!!!!

Lots of hang activity and shooting around this neighborhood. Looks nice on the outside but really dirty.
