Was a good place the first year but once they changed management everything went downhill. Every summer it's something new. 2020 we went the entire summer without central air. They gave us a window unit....we only have a window in the bedroom so the rest of the apartment was hot as 🔥 last summer we had flooding issues in our bedroom and near our front door. It took about a month or more for that to be fully repaired. When I tell you the leasing office does not give you at least a 24 hour notice they call u about 5 mins before maintenance comes and they still won't show up on time. And when they do finally show up they do anything that day. They stand around and just stare and say things like "Well it's not leaking now so just call ridiculous! I have been living in the complex for 6 month and all I can say is that I am happy with the decision of moving here. Community is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. I have not dealt with infestation such as roaches and rodents. I also want to thank the leasing consultant Lyric for making it possible with the help of the property manager getting us an approved for an apartment.

Warning ⚠️ . DO NOT MOVE HERE.. This place is trash! ,everything is old,nothing works. Maintenance doesn't do their job, the place is infested with bugs. Mind you, I moved here in October and it's a night mare ,worst apartment ever!!.I will write my paragraph soon. I'm about to have the worst 23 months of my life unless something bad happens and I have to break this damn lease.

Exceptional Customer Service And Professionalism Displayed By Jackie The Property Manager. Knows Her Stuff And Ensures Residents Have The Best Living Experience At The Community..Nice And Quiet Environment To Live..

Staff is unprofessional and corporate is even worse. Only a fool would move into this neighborhood. For this price you could be treated 10 times better just about anywhere.
