Clarity Management

We lived at Walnut Condominiums, managed by Clarity Management in Rockville, for two years. Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing. The management showed little to no concern for resident requests, and the buildings are generally in poor condition. The building only had a shared laundry room with three washers and three dryers, which was also used by the neighboring building. The machines were extremely old, and although residents were told they would be replaced, that never happened. At least one dryer was always broken, and despite multiple emails, management never took meaningful action to fix the issue. I'm very satisfied with the service and help from Clarity. Every time I've visited the office to drop off payments or update parking passes, Stefani has always been super friendly and helpful. She is always very professional and checks to make sure I'm up to date on payments and asks If I need any other help. I also always receive timely emails and letters regarding scheduled maintenance repairs or anything having to do with my condo community. I absolutely appreciate this because I can always plan ahead for any water or electricity disruptions while repairs or maintenance are being performed. Not every management company is as considerate as this one.

ZERO STAR!! Stephanie is Horrible . He Communication, her attitude and knowledge in the properties or just general information is just all terrible. She told me 4 different things, regarding pool passes and seemed to be unsure of each answer.This whole management company is trash. For them to be in there alone all day they should have someone competent.

Brand new association to our community and they have been absolutely worthless. They don't care about the safety or cleanliness of the community. Every question has been returned with its, not their issue. I truly wish we could have decided better on who took over.

Demanding management with an unwillingness to help, as they raise rates. If you have a concern, don’t even bother calling How can you manage a property that’s isn’t even the vicinity?
