I had a very specific area I wanted to be in for my new home. The Walker Giesing team went above and beyond and pounded pavement for me to see if anyone was interested in selling. When a place became available, they quickly reached out to the selling agent prior to the condo officially being for sale. And of course, the closing process was simple and fast! Phil sold our house in Elkton. He walked us through the whole process, explaining everything. When the first contract fell through, he assured us that it would still sell - for a better price.
