The Waldon Apartments

I moved here about 11 months ago and have had no serious problems, the neighborhood is quiet and well maintained , aside from small maintenance issues which was addressed immediately by the next day. My apartment is warm during the winter and cool during the summer is comforting. The Staff was amazing at staying on top of keeping the roads clear during our recent snow storm, from early morning to late. The snow around my car was even cleared. What Ann outstanding job they did . I appreciate you all. No regrets with moving here.

I’ve been here for about a month now and have had no issues. Quiet neighborhood, and very Efficient staff. Quick approval and no major issues when moving in. Had a couple little maintenance problems that were fixed within a day. They stayed on top of snow on the roads and sidewalks during the snow storm that came through. Working all day and even well after dark which was much appreciated! Communication is great! Has been the most pleasant place I’ve lived at in a long time. Apartments aren’t very big but I personally value quality of quantity. Highly recommend! Thank you for all you do!

I loved living in my cottage Waldon apartment with a patio. The apts are nicely appointed with blinds, stainless steel appliances, marble counter in the kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, and allows pets. Neighbors were so considerate, friendly, and quiet; never had package delivery issues, and so many trees made walks shady and nice. It’s a safe, very reasonably priced community, under new management (Rachel is super kind and helpful!). Last summer we were offered pool accommodations with a sister community nearby, which was nice. The grounds are nicely maintained and tidy too. I only left to manage estate matters out of state, otherwise I’d definitely have stayed. I highly recommend the Waldon!

Since moving to The Waldon's less than a year, it started off to a rough start. Most apartments were out of our budget and very unclean for the asking rent price. However, I came across The Waldon's and from the virtual tour guide and pictures of the apartment online, I thought it was the perfect place to reside, but boy was I wrong! PROS: So far, the ONLY advantage of the apartment is that it has convenient stores, fast foods and shopping centers less than 7 minutes away. The ONLY main area that caught our eye is the kitchen because the granite countertops and white cabinets are beautifully renovated. I toured this community about two months ago. The grounds were clean and the apartment was nice. I had no issues there. I applied and paid the $150 holding fee but unfortunately i was declined. I was told i’d be refunded the $150 i paid for the holding fee via a check in the mail. I assumed it would just be redeposited into my account but it wasn’t that big of a deal. I was approved for an apartment somewhere else and updated my address so I believe the check was mailed to this previous address. I emailed the office to see if that check could be canceled and another sent to my new address.. it’s been weeks and i haven’t heard anything back.
