Walk2Campus Bowling Green

Living with Walk2Campus was one of the best decisions of my entire time at WKU. The leasing office team and maintenance staff are some of the most friendly and hardworking individuals and they are constantly doing their best to make living there a great experience. The apartments are in fantastic locations for Bowling Green, and the rent is reasonable, especially considering how well the facilities are taken care of. I always felt safe, happy, and cared for in my home with Walk2Campus, and I can’t recommend living with them highly enough!

I loved living with Walk2Campus! I stayed with them for 4 years (2018-2022). My experience with them was great. They have so many options for students even if they decide to live alone or with multiple roommates. The staff changed over the 4 years, but they was always so sweet and friendly. They genuinely care about their residents. I never had a problem with any of the people working in the office. The maintenance men was always nice and would get a request fixed that day or within 24hrs. I really want to thank Lacey, one of the Property Managers, for being so understanding and supportive. She's a great person and I really appreciate her and the entire Walk2Campus staff. They all will be missed and I can definitely say that walk2campus is the best student housing in BG.

I lived with Walk to Campus for 2 years and I loved it! I wanted a unique home compared to traditional apartment complexes, as well as something convienentally located, so W2C was perfect for me. Lacey and Kendall were incredibly helpful at every point of my time living with W2C, as well as the rest of the team! I really enjoyed having a relationship with the W2C staff instead of living in a big complex where you might not know the staff and they don't know you either. Highly recommend all around!!

I lived with Walk2Campus for three years. I moved in when I was 18, something that was very frightening at the time as I was renting a one bedroom. My experience with the team was wonderful. The apartment I leased became my home, and was filled with great collegiate memories. Thanks to the Walk2Campus team I always had support. If you are renting in Bowling Green, please check their properties. They are great.

Living here the past two years has been great! I was recommended by friends & immediately felt welcomed by Lacey and Kendall. From touring to becoming a resident, I have had nothing but great experiences with the W2C staff. Would recommend to others for sure!
