Ewing Pointe Apartments

I recently visited a friend who lives here and was honestly impressed. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and had a really modern feel to it. The finishes looked updated and everything felt well taken care of. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, but it’s still really close to the main part of the city, which makes it super convenient. The clubhouse was a highlight to; the gym and recreation area looked like something you'd see at a resort. My friend said management is quick to respond anytime something needs attention. From what I saw, it’s a great place to live.

We have been shocked at how much we love about being here. You can’t beat convenient location right off I-65, next to the Gas station that’s also an IGA & subway! So you can always have lots of your basic needs literally a 3-5 min walk one way to the end of the road! This location is in a perfect area. Did I mention they have a gym inside the clubhouse?? This makes working out anytime accessible then we have more time and energy making it easier to get to work or run errands. The community is pet-friendly with outdoor areas to walk, and I’ve met several other residents with friendly dogs. Everyone is respectful and polite. Very pleasant experience here overall.

Welcoming and quiet atmosphere! I moved here from out of state and was nervous about finding the right place. Ewing Pointe Fell right from the start! Peaceful, friendly, neighbors, and well kept community areas. Great spot if you like quiet evenings, but still want to be close to stores and restaurants with plenty of options to choose from.

Ewing Point Apartments are incredibly nice. The units are spacious and have all of the modern bells and whistles. The complex is well maintained and the management team is quick to respond when needed. You get all of this at an affordable price.

Beautiful property that is well maintained… I am a single mom and have some minor disabilities so the ease of getting in and out of the apartments and the property is awesome! I love the diversity and age range of the tenants and I’ve not had any trouble with anyone at all. Clay worked so well with me when I was in the middle of selling my house to move back to Bowling Green; times have been rough for me lately but Clay and the staff have been so understanding and helpful! Looking forward to many more years here at Mount Ewing!
