The Cove

This apartment is a joke. The parking is awful, no one follows the guidelines with visitor parking, the property is looking ran down, place needs to be pressured wash, grass is dead everywhere, sprinklers don’t work, pool stays gross all summer, cavemill people use the amenities and let their kids run wild, dog poop EVERYWHERE, anything you express to management gets dismissed, oh and you’re paying the Drake and the Hub prices and it’s not worth it. They are sending out emails to all tenants about “violation of lease” because they have property owners coming on site. So they don’t give a shit unless it benefits them. DONT MOVE HERE!

I LOVE it here! Great neighbors, great amenities, great location and most of all great staff. I feel very safe. You will love it here too!

Spacious apartments. Great management and maintenance staff. Prompt attention to requests and needs. Go the extra mile to take care of residents. Highly recommend The Cove!

My husband and I have lived at the Cove for the past two years and absolutely love it here! Evan and Karen are very attentive and friendly and quick to fix any issues that we may have. The dog parks are very much enjoyed by our pups and kept clean. We have appreciated how well-maintained the amenities are. We would definitely recommend the Cove to anyone looking for an apartment!

So far so great! We were going to look for a house upon arriving to BG but we like the townhouse so much we may stay a bit longer. Great staff, very helpful. It's a super quiet community considering how big the complex is. Pet friendly. Super nice rec room with complimentary beverages, a nice workout room etc. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the house. The garage is spacious and the parking is convenient. Snag up a townhouse if ya can!
