My daughter and I moved in at the beginning of the year. Ms. Alicia Carter is the absolute best! She made our application process so seamless and we were approved almost immediately. She answers any inquiries and questions within minutes and she is dedicated to making your move-in process as problem free as possible. The maintenance staff was so helpful in helping us get set up and figure out how to make the best use of our space. Our neighbors were welcoming and also helped us move our furniture into an upstairs unit! Our space is clean, well maintained and Ms. Alicia Carter is available to answer any of your apartment needs…which makes our living here so enjoyable and comfortable! You will love it here! The staff and living is amazing!

Best place I have ever rented from, very simple application process, the landlord is very communicative, and responds quickly to any matter/issue. They actually care about their tenants and make sure you are taken care of at all times. The apartment itself is very modern style which I genuinely love.

Most definitely recommend! The owners are well known and good people, their management has been top tier. Very quick with any process they are challenged with! Safe/accommodating for children as well!
