Walden Preserve Apartments

It’s been wonderful and a blessing living here as a tenant in this apartment community. First love the great representation of my leasing Agent Yvette Santiago. Her professional and friendliness each step of the way from inquiring and showing the property and working with my resources to obtain a rental unit when I needed it the most. Way forward she has been an inspiration and understanding towards life’s happenings yet outstanding in her approach to her tenants. I love my unit and environment and neighbors who also look out for one another. I nominate Yvette Santiago as the best lease agent for the Walden preserve community. Nicholas Plange

These are brand new apartments and the interior is very nice. The rent price is reasonable and maintenance is very fast to fix any issues. However, I would have liked Walden preserve to be more selective with the residents that they allow to be here. Many people have dogs here, but there are no “doggie waste stations” like other apartments have. So naturally many residents do not pick up their dog’s waste. Also, it is not an uncommon sight to see your neighbors having domestic disputes outside their apartments. Overall I would recommend these apartments to new renters.

I’ve had a positive experience living here. The management team has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a big difference. Apartments have updated clean interior.

Love living here! It’s affordable and it’s a really nice place. Granite counters are a huge plus. Love my neighbors and my kids love all the kiddos. Would definitely recommend!!
