I just want to say how impressed I’ve been with College Town Communities. As a grandmother, you always worry about where your grandchild is living, but they’ve truly given me peace of mind. The property is well kept, the staff has been kind and respectful, and everything seems very organized. It means a lot to know my grandchild is in a safe and well-managed place. I’m very thankful and would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Maintenance requests were handled fast, and the staff has always been respectful and easy to talk to. What I appreciate most is the clear communication. CollegeTown is one of the best places to live near Coastal's campus. All of the staff are super helpful, friendly, and responsive. The maintenance team deserves a shout out as well! They work hard to get maintenance requests completed in a timely manner without the usual runaround you get from other places. CollegeTown is a great place to call home.

I absolutely love living here. The people are always so nice. The pool, gym, and study area is a great place for people to get to know each other who also live here. It is always clean and they do a wonderful job helping you if you have any issue.
