The Grove at Ridgefield

Jordan is awesome and really took care of us with assisting with our move and with us being new to the area she gave some great recommendations of local things to do !! Love the home it’s really warm and cozy. The neighborhood and everything in it is really cute and really inviting!

The whole team are awesome! Excellent, professional, and knowledge personnel! very responsive and respectful to the Renter's needs! Love our Marketing Manager Emily, love Yolanda, leasing agent who took the time to setup our ADT app. Thank You to our Financial Specialist as well. But especially want to thank Ms Emily!! If it wasn't for her I really think we would have gone somewhere else.🥰

Everyone from the leasing office to maintenance have been outstanding! I love my new home!! Update-Still love my house but have recently tried to find leasing office without success. No one answers phone calls or emails. Several residents are saying the same thing.

The neighborhood is new and nice with several small ponds throughout…which means lots of geese, swans, egrets and other wildlife. The duet homes are spacious with vaulted ceilings which really opens up the space making it feel bigger. The only issue we’ve had is all the surrounding construction that is going on…the beeping trucks, sounds of machinery and hammering, begin early and last until dusk. I realize this won’t last forever…but it sure is annoying. Wish the homes were a bit more soundproof. Other than that, it’s been a positive experience. Management is very responsive and professional.
