We had an incredible experience purchasing our home in Ridgefield with D.R. Horton, and we can’t thank Laura Kerwin enough for all her help! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The attention to detail during the walk-throughs was outstanding, with Jackson ensuring every item on the punch list was completed before we moved in. Our growing family is so excited to start making memories in our beautiful new home, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Nothing stated in the advertisement about Ridgefield is true. There is no clubhouse. No fitness center. No firepit. The common areas areas are a barren wasteland with no trees or landscaping. The HOA/management is a joke that won't help with any issues. Now the community is becoming a leasing community with 800 homes! One small pool for over 1600 people?? We just want out.
