From the staff to the property itself, Walden is one of the top places to live in Knoxville. The well-kept grounds and amenities are kept clean and in order. The management and office staff are even better with their punctuality, accountability and overall positive attitude to allow those within this complex to feel proud of where we live. Highly recommend living here!

I recently purchased a new vehicle for work and stopped by the office to request an updated parking pass. I was unaware that only one vehicle is permitted per person, which is completely understandable given the limited parking availability. Since my office is nearby, this isn’t an issue. However, I did want to express a concern about how this information was communicated. Jeff at the front desk explained the policy in a condescending manner that came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A more courteous and respectful approach would have made the interaction more constructive. I’d suggest some customer service training or coaching, as first impressions at the front desk are important for maintaining a positive experience.
