Wagon Wheel Apartments

We really loved our time here. Took a few months to get in. We enjoyed working with Leah, she made paperwork delightful, dare I say it. She made recertification, adding our son, and checking out as easy as possible. She was fair and helpful with the cleaning check at the end. Loved the two bedrooms, maintenance was always quick to respond and easy to work with. And the people here are great.

I came by to pick up a book from my friend who lives here. I came with my certified service dog. I always have the documentation with me. I didn’t even go inside. I just picked up the book from outside the door and someone who works in management, the owner, or someone like that ran out and screamed at me. I said it was a service animal and I wasn’t going inside. But she was incredibly rude. I would never ever live here.

We lived at Wagon Wheel over 2 years and we loved and appreciated this place :) It was the first haven for us when we moved to Rexburg. The former manager was very fun and caring to work with and when we moved out our manager changed, she is also very kind and thoughtful. No one has asked me to write this review, I am just writing it on my own. To me and my husband both managers (former and current) were wonderful and we have many good memories at Wagon Wheel :) I wish it had wood floor and washer/dryer hookups haha but besides that it was a wonderful little place to live.

Cute apartments, for what you pay, you can't find a better place. They are government subsidized. It has a nice little playground, I love that the backyard area is cut off from the roadway. Everyone who has worked there has been kind, and takes care of your needs. The apartment we lived in had updated cabinets and a dishwasher which was great! Not all were updated at the time, they were working on updated all of them though.

Brianna was amazing and we never had any issues living here. The residents were nice and it was always calm. Would love here again if I qualified
