Sundance Apartments

best apartments ever. The apartments are nice, up to date, and I rarely experience any issues. The workers are so nice and always happy to help you. Theres constant activities and fun things to do while staying here. 10/10 would recommend. Great place to stay :)

Sundance is easily the best place to live in the area. They have individual apartment storage unit! (The room is smaller). The ward is great and the management is incredibly responsible. Having lived at Center Square previously—where final checkouts were never on time. I really appreciate Sundance’s system. They use SignUpGenius, which offers great flexibility; I scheduled my checkout for 2:00 PM, and they arrived exactly on time. The application process is also much smoother than at Tower II or The Gates. The fee is an affordable $75, and you don’t have to deal with the hassle of uploading bank statements and IDs like you’re applying for a high-end apartment. Everything here is smooth and easy; I have no complaints at all. They also returned deposit fast. They don’t accept cash or check

Fantastic place! We moved into an apartment that wasn’t updated, which we chose to do, so the carpet was coming up on some places. Instead of patching it, they were able to get us brand new carpet! They lent us a garage to use to store our stuff, and the maintenance crew even offered to help if we needed them for the big stuff! This complex has been nothing less than amazing, From the staff to the grounds! Questions are answered quickly, maintenance requests are done fast and done right. Highly recommend as a place to live!!!!!!

I've loved living here! The apartments have a lot of space and windows, which I love! The management is also super helpful and know your name and situation which is awesome! It's a little bit of a walk from campus but really close to Porter Park, and everyone is super social so there's always events to go to! Super social environment and fun people to live with! The piano and gym are nice too, the only thing that can be difficult is getting a for sure parking pass.

Sundance is great! They have a good social atmosphere and have awesome wards. It’s very homey and bright inside(the best couches). There have been great people I’ve met there and friends with! Overall I would recommend living here.🙌🏼
