Avonlea Apartments - Women

Avonlea is a great property to live at. When moving to Rexburg I heard horror stories about management companies, and Avonlea has avoided all of those! They answer maintenance requests pretty quickly, have treats throughout the semester, and have reasonable prices for private rooms! If there’s something you miss for white glove they help you fix it instead of automatically keeping your deposit. My only complaint is that the men should park in the Liberty parking lot first before the woman should. It is closer to their complex. I’ve also never seen the parking lot full this semester, so it’s a little confusing why my roommate and I have to park down the street. Avonlea apartments were the first apartments I ever lived in at school and I’m so happy I came here first! It’s a super fun community and I love that I’m so close to campus. It’s a bit challenging to only have one fridge in the apartments though. Overall, the apartments have some little quirks but they’re a nice place to stay and the management is super great!

I’ve lived here every semester I’ve been on campus (five so far) and I absolutely love this place!!! The managers are amazing, it’s a reasonable price, and maintenance always fixes whatever is going wrong with the apartment.

I have genuinely loved living at Avonlea! The apartments are old but they are very well taken care of. Maintenance is super quick to respond and management is super friendly. Definitely the best BYU-Idaho approved housing experience I've had here in Rexburg.

I stayed at Avonlea for two semesters in two different apartments. First of all the management is great and very helpful. But, I wish there were two fridges in the women's apartments, and a lot of the apartments are run down. We had to get our washing machine replaced in one of my apartments, and the dishwashers honestly just don't work very well. I wish they at least let us have mini fridges if not two main fridges. I was also disappointed that the women's lounge didn't even have a bathroom. The ward was amazing though!
