Extremely Rude! If dealing with their auctions and you are a minute late they refuse to surrender your items even if you have been in constant contact. If I could give a no star I would. Kara specifically is the RUDEST of the bunch. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I am shocked they are still in business! I would not recommend them to anyone. So rude!
Management is friendly and ready to make a deal. Awesome deals!
