Kyle was great! Very professional, friendly, courteous, and incredibly thorough! As I was at the home during the inspection, Kyle took time to point out key issues that needed to be addressed and was very detailed with his explanations of issues. The actual inspection report that was provided is nicely presented and very easy to understand. Even after the inspection, Kyle has made himself readily available for any questions, comments, or concerns! Highly recommend and I will use his services again!

I am highly impressed with Kyle's service from start to finish! He scheduled me very quickly, communication was excellent, and he was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail. Documentation was thorough as well. He took pictures and videos and showed me what each meant. On top of that he is very personable. He saved me what could have been almost 30k in repairs. I am very impressed. I highly recommend him! You will be glad you did!
