Watch your step if you walk around in the grass at this apartment complex. There are many areas that have multiple piles of dog poop and it’s pretty disgusting. The dog waste station hasn’t had any bags for use for weeks and the trash can is also full. As a professional dog walker I want the dogs I’m walking to be as safe as possible (and to not step in poop from other dogs) so my eyes are always scanning the ground wherever I’m working, however, this complex is one of the worst on my routes. Management, can you refill the dog waste bags, dump the can and maybe send a worker out (or contact sit-stay-play for poop scooping services) we’d be happy to clean up your property. They came by to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Not only did they solve the problem efficiently, but they were also incredibly respectful, friendly, and explained everything clearly.

I had put in some work orders for my apartment. Getting Blinds replaced and a Door fixed. William and Damian did an excellent job. It was quick and efficient. They were kind and cordial. Would recommend them anytime!
