I would 100% recommend renting with LiveNearBsu. Management is super understanding and caring, especially Sami, the landlord. Rent is super cheap, which was a must. Very spacious rooms and living areas. Amazing accessible commute to campus. A great starter apartment for any college student!

Sami is a fantastic landlady, kind and caring, they have prices you can't beat, and if you're looking at the 400 Apartments, it's a great location. I lived in a 3 bed 1.5 bath apartment and it was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is quite helpful when it comes to maintenance requests. And all in all I recommended renting with them.

I have rented with LiveNearBSU for about a year now. Overall, I have been very pleased with the company. The rent is fair, the property is maintained well, and the expectations of residents is clear. I have experienced a handful of maintenance problems with the house. However, these issues have all been resolved in a timely manner with clear communication.
