Will had the courage to knock on my door a few months ago to see if I had any plans on fixing my house up or would I consider selling it to him and his partners that are currently investing in the area. I told him that I would possibly consider it in the future. Will was kind enough to leave me his business card and asked if he could also text me his number and just follow up in a month to check on me. I was intrigued with Will's professionalism. He reached out about a month later and he and his partner helped me get in another place and took my house that I couldn't afford to fix off my hands for me.
