We currently lease a Siesta Key residence managed by Bay Area Property Management at nearly $6,000 per month since Sept 2025. Very disappointed in the approach of this organization. My family and I recently found a property we loved. We met with one of the property managers who was very pleasant and professional. After touring the property we were instructed to do the online applications which would cost $100 per person over the age of 18 years old. We submitted the applications in a timely manner and paid the $200. My significant other has a rental hit on her credit due to an apartment community we were living in that was infested with black mold and the hallways wreaked of marijuana on a consistent basis. We were never evicted as we chose to move from the community due to the ongoing issues for the safety of us and our children. Bay Area Property Management is best described by one word - Professionalism. As a realtor and a tenant, I have dealt with so many Property Management companies but after moving into my current home, I instantly realized that they were in a different league in comparison to all other companies. They are responsive, very thorough and work efficiently. No matter what the issue the tenant may have, they have reliable companies that think highly of them and ready to take on projects at any time.
