Christine "Tina" King, one of the realtor associate, was a very energetic and friendly person. She is understanding, supportive, and one of the qualities I most appreciate is her attention to detail. For example, she noticed a small defect in the deck fence and, before we even mentioned it, she was proactive and suggested to the seller that it be fixed—considering the safety of the children and elders in my family. I found this very heartwarming and thoughtful. Additionally, Tina is excellent at keeping us updated on the progress of the case. She notifies me as early as possible, and I find her extremely reliable. Overall, working with Tina made buying our house a truly positive experience, and I am very grateful for her help.
