I have experienced a complete lack of communication from the realtor Svetlana Birrel. I have not been kept informed about anything of my apartment, nor have I been consulted regarding decisions about my property. Furthermore, I explicitly informed to my boyfriend that I am uncomfortable working with her. She knows that my boyfriend and I are seeking another realtor to represent us. While my boyfriend may have signed documents with her, I, as the property owner, have not entered into any agreement with her, and she insistence on continuing to act as my representative disregards my wishes and rights. I don’t even know when the agreement will expire. Her actions have caused significant frustration and have undermined my trust in her professionalism.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I blame the entire company because you know who you hired! I found a house to purchase. I allowed the person to become the dual agent on the deal. I put in my offer, it was accepted now let’s go. I paid to have the place inspected and there were problems which was fine because of it being an older place but I did not expect the foundation to be one of the problems. The seller decided to give me a credit towards the repairs, probably about a third of what was needed but I agreed. My loan company asked for an estimate of the entire costs of repairs in order to include the extra fees in my loan. Sounds fair enough. The realtor refused to get the estimates and the other issue was an oil tank in the ground. They could not provide proof that it was removed and wanted ME

Tom Kimble was our agent . He was only worried about his commision . He came off very fake and didn’t care about any of our concerns. We basically could have done what he did on our own. He never told us about very important information that cost us alot of money in the end.

We have had the privilege of working with many realtors from Balsley Losco. It is always a pleasure and we look forward to working together again soon!

We had been looking for an agent, found Karolyn Tochterman and she did everything and went to bat for us to find our dream house!! I truly have all the upmost respect on how quickly our house sold, she had homes all lined up to our liking, truly such a wonderful individual on how patient she was with my family and there craziness as well!! I wish anyone looking to please give this agent a call, you won't be on edge about selling or purchasing!!
