Realty Check Home, Pool & Termite Inspections

Fred did an amazing job inspecting a house for us! He has a great eye and is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about his work. He was inside and outside of the house from the crawl space to the roof and everything in between, bringing every little thing to our attention in his report. I definitely recommend him!

I used Realty check home inspection for a home we were under contract for in Pleasantville NJ. Fred was very friendly and pleasant. Arrived right on time with great communication. Fred was great pointing out things I was unfamiliar with being our second home. When Observing our crawl space we found the space was filled with water which was my biggest concern with the property. We completed the inspection and the report was given. Being we were trying to make the best decision to complete the transaction or not I wanted the best info about the crawl space. The seller came out and drained the crawl space with the sump pump that wasn’t working the first time.
