Steve, I know this is coming to you at almost a year late and for that i apologize. First, thank you for selling my house quickly. I believe it was listed and an offer accepted within three weeks. If it was not for your expert guidance and advice i am sure it would have taken much longer. The pictures of the house and the aerial drone shots for the listing were incredible. Thank you for coming to my SOLD house to complete the paper work as I was unable to leave as I was packing my belongings for a long drive to south Florida. My only complaint for the whole process was that you were unable to sell me a house in Florida.
