If I could give 0 stars I would. This place from top to bottom is an absolute joke. The property isn't taken care of at all. There was a storm almost a year ago that ruined a bunch of the roofing and windows. Still hasn't even begun to be fixed yet. The back gate has been broken for almost 7 months now and is being propped open with a rock. The poop bags for the dogs are never filled and always empty so there is poop from dogs everywhere. I've never seen them powereash a hallway or anything. We've called about our dishwasher being broken with how it's anchored and keeps falling forward with no help. Their corporate call service has reached out to ask why I gave them a 2 star for their maintenance when our A/C went down for almost 5 days and they said it wasn't an emergency because it was o

Save yourself the stress—do NOT move here. Vue 360 has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. When I first moved in, the apartment was absolutely filthy—dust everywhere, sticky floors, and clear signs that it hadn’t been cleaned or properly prepared for a new tenant. I had to spend hours cleaning just to make it livable. To make things worse, management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Reaching out to them is a waste of time because they rarely follow up or take accountability for anything. They clearly don’t care about the condition of the property or the well-being of the residents. Doesn’t even deserve the one star. Of all the places I’ve lived this was by far the worst experience ever. Let’s start with the worst problem which was ROACHES, our apt came infested with them from the jump, I’ve lived in older complex’s before and none came with roaches, month after month having to request pest control for it to do absolutely nothing. They were in everything all our kitchen appliances became infested as well as them making a home in the stove and behind the fridge it was absolutely disgusting! Next on the list is our A/C never working properly to the point that they had to give us a window A/C that only worked in our bedroom so the rest of the apartment was always a solid 80 degrees! This has been by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. In my first unit, I found a mouse, and management moved me to a different apartment — only for me to find another mouse there, along with many insects. The maintenance and office staff are constantly changing, and the service is terrible. I once had an emergency maintenance issue, and when I called for help, they told me I had to wait two days. While I was explaining the situation, the staff member hung up on me and stopped answering my calls. The attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning and heating barely work, and despite that, my electricity bill was over $700, which was outrageous. Worst experience ever with applying for apartment. I should’ve just listened to the reviews but wanted to take a chance. I applied Oct 1 after so many run around & multiple call to the office I got a denial Nov 11. Office workers seem unorganized I was receiving different informed from different people. The tried to make it seem the didn’t get my money order when I personally took it to the office. Why should I have had to keep reaching to the office for updates when it’s their job. I’ll take this as a sign it wasn’t mean to live there I would probably have regretted it anyways
