One Call Home Inspections

I had a positive experience with his services last year at my other place. Then this year we discovered what looked to be termite damage when removing baseboards for our flooring project. I called the conventional expensive companies first then remembered to reach out again. He is very prompt at arrival and returning phone calls. He is very honest and takes the time to give options and a game plan. There is not any pressure. I highly recommend!

Rodger was prompt, professional and very courteous. He took the time to thoroughly explain the inspection results and provided visual references as we walked throughout the property. He was very pleasant and friendly and I appreciated that he engaged my curiously excited 10 year old. I definitely recommend working with Rodger. Also, his price was lower than 4 other home inspectors I had previously contacted a few months prior. Should I have to go through this process again any time soon, Rodger will be whom I call upon!

Rodger is great! He performed a home inspection on our new build in Plano. When we arrived, he was well into the inspection and looked as if he had been working hard. He left no corner or edge unexamined inside or out. He took time to explain some features of our house to us as well as point out the minor issues he saw. He was of course super familiar with building code and provided us a detailed report the same day! Our realtor recommended Rodger and I would recommend him to anyone else looking for a home inspector.

Roger was fantastic to work with. My wife and I are purchasing our first home and even though he came highly recommended by trusted sources, his personal approach to inspecting our first home make the process painless and delightful. I was also impressed with the report he provided. Color photos and details on what was done right on the home an what needed some attention. We will 100% have Roger back out before our home warranty expires to check up on the home and inspect any future homes we have.
